Ingredients

  • 3 cups rosé wine chilled
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup adjust sweetness as desired
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (e.g., strawberries, raspberries) optional for added flavor and color

Equipment

  • Measuring cup
  • Blender

Method

  1. Pour the chilled rosé wine into a measuring cup or bowl.
  2. Add the honey or simple syrup to the wine and stir thoroughly until fully combined, sweetening the mixture evenly.
  3. If you’re using frozen fruit, add it now to the mixture, giving it a gentle stir.
  4. Transfer the mixture to your blender and blend until smooth and slushy, about 20-30 seconds.
  5. Check the consistency—if it’s too thick, add a splash of rosé and blend briefly to loosen it up.
  6. Pour the slushie into glasses, using a spoon or spatula to help fill the cups.
  7. Garnish with fresh berries or a sprig of mint if desired, then serve immediately for the best icy texture.

Notes

For a more alcoholic version, reduce the sweetener; for a non-alcoholic frozen drink, substitute with grape juice or similar fruit juice.
