- Place the chilled vanilla ice cream into the blender jar.
- Add the ice cubes on top of the ice cream. If you prefer a smoother slushie, crush the ice slightly before adding.
- Pour in the condensed milk, which will help create a rich and creamy texture.
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and frosty with no visible ice chunks.
- Check the consistency; if it's too thick, add a splash of milk and pulse briefly to loosen. If it's too thin, add a few more ice cubes and blend again.
- Once the slushie is thick, creamy, and scoopable, pour it into glasses or cups.
